Because each piece is custom and handmade, we don’t accept returns for a change of heart or if you change your mind on size or color.
If you are unsure about options before ordering, please email us at enquiries@veronainternational.design, where we are more than willing to help and advise you before ordering.
However, should there be a hiccup in the manufacturing process, we will happily replace the item for you with pleasure.
Please inform us of this within seven days of receiving the item.
Also, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
